Rockwell Automation, Inc. is a global provider of industrial automation power, control and information products and services. The Company has two operating segments: Control Systems and Power Systems. Control Systems supplies industrial automation products, systems, software and services focused on helping customers control and improve manufacturing processes and is divided into three business groups: the Components and Packaged Applications Group (CPAG), the Automation Control and Information Group (ACIG) and Global Manufacturing Solutions (GMS). Power Systems is divided into two businesses: Dodge mechanical (Mechanical) and Reliance electrical (Electrical). The Control Systems segment contributed approximately 83% and the Power Systems segment contributed approximately 17% of the Company's revenues during the fiscal year ended September 30, 2004 (fiscal 2004). In September 2004, the Company sold its FirstPoint Contact business.
