The Company is organized into five business segments: Cleaning and Organization; Office Products; Tools and Hardware; Home Fashions, and Other, which contributed approximately 27.5%, 25%, 18.1%, 13.4% and 16%, respectively, to the Company's total net sales for the year ended December 31, 2004. On July 1, 2004, the Company completed the sale of its Little Tikes Commercial Playground Systems Inc. (LTCPS) business. In April 2004, the Company sold Burnes Picture Frame, Anchor Glass and Mirro Cookware to Global Home Products, LLC, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management L.P.
