On July 1, 2004, the Company completed the sale of its Little Tikes Commercial Playground Systems Inc. (LTCPS) business. In April 2004, the Company sold Burnes Picture Frame, Anchor Glass and Mirro Cookware to Global Home Products, LLC, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management L.P.
