The Paper segment manufactures, markets and distributes coated, carbonless and specialty papers. The Consumer and Office Products segment manufactures, markets and distributes school, office, envelopes and time management products to retailers and commercial distributors. The Specialty Chemicals segment manufactures, markets and distributes specialty chemicals derived from sawdust and from the by-products of the papermaking process. In August 2004, the Company acquired Tilibra S.A. Produtos de Papelaria.
